Hi Ladies, My name is Claire I am a Fertility and women’s health Naturopath (BHSc) and a trauma informed energetic practitioner.

I realsed as a Naturopath that true root cause healing required more than the physical, it required to heal the mind, body and soul. This is where Spinal Energetics came into my practice and I started to see quantum leaps take place with my clients healing journeys.

Spinal Energetics works by aligning the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies activating and clearing the chakras, meridians, and energetic field to restore flow where stagnation or trauma has lived.

Through this work, blockages that may be impacting fertility, whether emotional, ancestral, or nervous system-based— begin to release at a quantum level.

When paired with Naturopathy, which addresses the root cause of physical imbalances such as hormonal disruption, inflammation, or nutrient depletion, this combination becomes a potent and holistic path to conception.

I have witness this with hundreds of women who have had issues with hormonal imbalances, miscarriages, pregnancy loss, stored emotions surrounding preconception, IVF and more. Our bodies store trauma in our muscles and in our energetics layers. These trauma blockages impact us on the physical layers. When we clear these blockages, we clear the path to conceive and call in our babies.
