With a background as a qualified Naturopath (BHSc), and training in 9D Breathwork, massage, and energetic work, Claire blends science, energy, and soul to help clients reconnect with their bodies and restore vitality.

Her evolving practice integrates Spinal Energetics, Kundalini Activation, and 5D Breathwork, supporting the release of subconscious blocks, nervous system regulation, and embodied awakening.

Through hands-on treatments, energetic immersions, and holistic guidance, Claire creates a space where clients feel held, liberated, and aligned in body, mind, and spirit.
